Responsibilities:
To provide voice technical support on installing networking devices to address customer concerns and provide quality customer service
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Knowledgeable in PC troubleshooting and networking
- Networking related training is an advantage
- Willing to work in shifting schedules, including night and early morning shifts
- Provide customer service solutions from different clients, needing assistance, provide information in response to inquiries about product or services, handle and resolve complaints.
